Halal certification is a procedure for verifying compliance with the specified requirements specified in the standard of an Islamic religious organization.
From Arabic, the word "halal" or" halal "is translated as "allowed". In Islamic terminology, it has a broader meaning: this is cleanliness, but not only in food, but also in clothing, behavior, and the way of earning money.
With this certification, the manufacturer guarantees that its products meet the requirements.
According to Halal norms, it is forbidden to eat products that are made from prohibited meat, contain fillers, thickeners, spices that were made from "unclean", prohibited components, with the exception of additives with the E index, and prohibited meat.
The following food products meet the requirements of Halal: meat of such animals that were slaughtered in accordance with the Regulations on Halal Products, all fish and almost all seafood, non-narcotic or non-poisonous products, which are herbs, root crops, fruits of shrubs and trees, that is, products of plant origin. The products corresponding to Halal also include bread and confectionery, flour products and dairy products, including products derived from milk, in the production of which prohibited additives and components were not used.
All enterprises working with products with a Halal certificate are very seriously, regularly and strictly monitored by Muslim experts, and for any deviation from the norms, the Halal certificate can be revoked.
It may be difficult to comply with all the norms, regulations and traditions of Islam regarding food production: technical difficulties in processing milk for the manufacture of dairy products, the premises in which animals are kept must meet increased requirements for their cleanliness in order to obtain such a certificate, and exactly the same increased requirements are imposed on the health and cleanliness of livestock, to comply with the rules for their milking and conditions for storing and processing milk.
The requirements for obtaining a certificate are also imposed on personnel who are engaged in the sale of products or participate in the process of their production. There are no special restrictions regarding their religion or gender, age or nationality, but these people must strictly comply with the requirements stipulated in the regulations and take into account the peculiarities of the production of halal products. These should be clean people who perform their duties as strictly as possible and do not violate technological processes.
And we did it! We are proud to present our Halal certificate
