Composition, terms and conditions of storage
Ingredients: the product is made from standardized pasteurized cow milk, table salt (anticaking agent E536) using fermen-tation bacteria consisting of mesophilic lactic acid bacteria and natural milk-clotting enzymatic agent of animal origin; food additives: preservative: potassium or sodium nitrate, calcium chloride, colorant of natural origin “Annato”.
 
Shelf life: 150 days under storage conditions: temperature from 0 ºC to 4  ºC and relative humidity from 75 % to 85 %;
