Open joint-stock company “Byelovezhskije Syry” was established on the basis of Vysokovskij cheese-making plant which had been manufacturing traditional rennet cheese since 1938. 

Manufacturing technologies and time contributed to the enterprise development. In 2003 the plant was modernized. The assortment was extended from a number of cheese types to a several tens. But the one thing remains constant: the most delicious cheese is manufactured with love. Cheese makers are aware that cheese is a living product. First it should be cooked, than it’s allowed to age before it’s ready to be served to your table.  

OJSC “Byelovezhskije Syry” is proud of their products which are deeply appreciated in the market of the Republic of Belarus and widely abroad (Russian Federation, Republic of Moldova). 

The main purpose of the enterprise is manufacturing of high quality products and offering to their customers a wide range of cheese flavors and types.
